Unlike properties on other estates, Dolphin Song Villa boasts a much larger home and private pool than the vast majority of “new builds” and benefits from significantly wider spacing between neighbouring properties, together with fully fenced and gated tropical gardens for your added privacy and security. Finally, because Lindfields is a fully completed and established community, there is no danger of your holiday being ruined by unexpected building or construction works at the end of your garden !

DOLPHIN SONG VILLA

Built on two storeys, and featuring high vaulted ceilings and cathedral style windows, our 2,100 square foot home, built on an oversized lot, will certainly not disappoint when it comes to the "WOW" factor.

This house is HUGE !!

Dolphin Song Villa will easily accommodate up to eight guests, and features a King master bedroom with huge en suite bathroom, a large Queen size second master bedroom and two full size twin bedded rooms, each with two single beds, a vast open plan lounge room, separate dining room, breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen, additional family bathroom and half bathroom, double garage, private fenced and gated tropical garden with oversized pool and stand alone Hot Spring hydrotherapy spa.

PRIVATE SUN DRENCHED POOL & HYDROTHERAPY SPA

Our sun drenched, South facing 30 foot private swimming pool and independent stand alone “Hot Spring” hydrotherapy spa are understandably amongst the most popular features of Dolphin Song Villa. Unlike a lot of vacation homes however, our extended pool deck is constructed with “Cool Deck” technology which means that you are never caught “on the hop” underfoot when the temperatures start to soar ~ especially important if you have children or toddlers !

The entire deck is also fully enclosed by a pool screen cage to ensure that you are not troubled by flying insects, and the pool can be heated upon request throughout the year for a small additional fee ~ normally recommended October to April. The rear gardens and pool area are completely surrounded and gated by a 6 foot high fence, to ensure your privacy and security, which means that unlike other homes, at Dolphin Song Villa, you and your children cannot be overlooked by other vacationers in the gardens or pools of neighbouring properties.

Our pool is serviced weekly by a qualified pool professional and this combined with a “Krystal Klear” filter system ensures that the water is always sparkling clean and ready for use. Also, provided Free of charge are a fun selection of pool inflatables for the kids, pool towels, luxury deep padded poolside furniture and a weatherproof table, parasol and chairs for al fresco dining. What's more, there's even a refreshing poolside shower to allow you to cool off during those super hot Florida days !

And for pure indulgence and the ultimate in relaxation, why not slip into the swirling waters of our new "Hot Spring" Hydrotherapy Spa (America’s #1 spa and the only spa company in the USA to be officially recognised and accredited by the Arthritis Association Of America). Allow yourself to drift away on an endless cloud of warming therapeutic bubbles, as the massaging action of air and water relieve those tired muscles and aching joints ~ quite simply the perfect way to unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks !

The abundant garden areas around the pool have been completely fenced and gated for your added privacy and security, and the swaying palms and lush tropical planting, specifically chosen to attract butterflies, dragonflies and birds, will create a tranquil and relaxing backdrop to your time in and around the shimmering waters of our pool.

CONTEMPORARY LOUNGE ROOM

Inside, the spacious lounge room is fully carpeted and is furnished with three 100% genuine leather sofas, matching leather ottoman, stylish coffee table and complimenting side tables with decorative lamps and accents. It also features a large screen cable TV, housed in an entertainment console, containing a dual control PlayStation 2 with over 20 games, a stunning surround sound Panasonic home theater DVD system with CD player, a video recorder, a large collection of family games, books, magazines and an incredible library of over 200 DVD & VHS movies (suitable for all ages and tastes) as well as numerous music CD’s for guest use.

WIFI INTERNET PC

Dolphin Song Villa features a computer system and desk, with Free 24/7 Unlimited High Speed Wireless Internet Access, to allow guests to surf the web at lightening speed and send and receive emails via their own web based email server. Of course, our wireless connectivity means that if you want to bring your own wireless compatible laptop or netbook, you can instantly and securely get online from anywhere within the villa, or even top up your tan whilst surfing the internet by the side of the pool !!!

KITCHEN & DINING

Dolphin Song’s open plan kitchen features brand name appliances, and contains everything you could wish for to make your life a little easier, including a full size automatic dishwasher (with Free dishwasher tablets), large fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, full size stove, a microwave oven, food processor, toaster, filtered mains drinking water and garbage disposal unit. In addition, we supply all your utensils, plates, knives, forks, pots and pans, Free garbage bags and even non breakable items for use by the pool.

A formal dining area overlooks the front garden, whilst our casual breakfast nook, adjacent to the lounge, overlooks the glistening private swimming pool outside.

MISCELLANEOUS

The utility room located on the ground floor contains a large family size washing machine (with Free washing detergent), a full size tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and even mops, brooms and dustpans.

For your further convenience, there is also an additional family bathroom located on the 1st floor and a separate WC and vanity located on the ground floor.

Our local and fully licensed professional property manager ensures that Dolphin Song Villa is lovingly prepared prior to your arrival, and is always on hand to assist you, should anything unforeseen occur during your stay.

EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY

All our RENTAL RATES are shown per week and are NOT per person. Which means regardless of whether just one person or up to eight people are sharing the villa, the rental price remains exactly the same.

Naturally, you do not always have to stay for exactly a week or multiples of 7 nights. This is simply a convenient standard measure of rental charges. Additional extra nights or stays of less than 7 nights will and can be quoted, subject to availability, upon request.

But however long you wish to stay, rest assured that our rental rates compare extremely favourably with prices normally quoted for other 4 bedroom villas, the majority of which are much smaller, less well equipped and less prized.

Dolphin Song Villa is just minutes to all the major Florida attractions, including Walt Disney World® Resort - The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island and Boardwalk. Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks are close at hand and Sea World, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios & Universal’s Islands Of Adventure are also easily accessible.

However, if golf is more your thing, you will be delighted to know that apart from the Orange Lake Country Club which is only a couple of minutes from the entrance to Lindfields, there are over 20 golf courses, all within a half hour drive of the villa.
